Storage
CDG sets itself apart from other local distributors by guaranteeing ALL its wines are stored under temperature-controlled conditions to ensure the finest quality. Our facility houses 12,000-square-feet of temperature-controlled wine storage space, in which every single bottle is stored at the ideal temperature.
Our product storage facilitates are Category 5 Hurricane rated with back up power systems ensuring our products are secure and under temperature control even in the worst of Caribbean weather.

Sales & Marketing
Our Wholesale Division has proven established relationships with industry decision makers. Our creative team of sales professionals and marketing specialists make CDL the leader in its field.
Our team contains dedicated Off Trade sales staff, in-house Wine & Spirit experts and an in-house marketing production and design department making us agile, proactive and poised for growth.

Manufacturing
Our manufacturing division produces a range of authentic Cayman Islands rums and spirits under the several brand names including Edward Teach 8 year old hand crafted single barrel rum.
The Cayman Islands Brewery produces a range of beers that have won many awards in the international arena and are firmly established as the beers of choice in Cayman.
The emphasis throughout our company is on environmentally friendly production and distribution, including returnable bottles.

Sustainability
CDG annually invests in the fleet and operations to further our growth and support profitability in the future. Currently producing 65% of energy needs via state of the art solar paneling and transferring our lifts to electric, CDG also respects our environment and is working towards a smaller carbon footprint.
The campus includes a bonded refrigerated warehouse, solar panel shading for shipping/receiving dock , a walk in retailer outlet and a solar panel awning for the 2nd floor corporate operations.
Our mission is to grow the re-use of the Cayman Islands Brewery returnable bottles through island wide bottle depots to lessen the use of one-use packaging. Logistics and Operations have reduced the number of pallets through slip-sheeting our imported goods and sourcing biodegradable cling film for our deliveries.
